I write because I have a story to tell, my unique way in my unique style. College was really where I discovered my motivation to write. Constant practice is where I found my passion. When I was in college, I early on learned that I loved when an assignment consisted of a multi-page report because that provided a great opportunity to "do my thing" when it came to writing. I did, however, develop a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to get busy on my writing projects, depending on that "last-minute inspiration" to write the papers for me.  After college, learned far better ways of finding my inspiration. I try however I can to keep a pen and paper on my person at all times. Because a good writer must be a student of how the human mind works. And there are many wise people out there that will tell you that your workstation is the WORST place to find inspiration.  Don't expect to find all of my books in one category. As of now, I have published two books, and already they are in different categories. My first book, Why Volunteers Get All The Breaks, is a self-help book that advises an alternative method of finding a job, while The Great American Adventures of Modern Big City Railroading is a work of fiction, specifically action-adventure. And my future books will fit various other categories.  I write what and when I'm inspired to write, and specialization is not a priority to me. But don't worry...I do my homework on what I write, so you never have to worry about reading anything I published yet know nothing about! In fact, both of my first two published works are products of my own personal experience. Neither book is a biography, but more than 90% of the content of both books originated from my own personal real-life experience.
