My father was a freelance writer and poet, and I can't remember a time when I didn't write. In my teen years it was mostly poetry, the writing of which helped me through some very difficult times. At the age of 24 I was born again, and called straight into ministry. From that point on, most of my writing was an extension of that ministry. Over the years I have had many articles and some poems published in print magazines in Australia and a few overseas. My children's book, A Crazy Alphabet, was published in Australia and the USA in 1990, and was nominated for Children's Book of the Year in Australia. Real, Radical and Revolutionary - Building Kingdom Relationships with God, with Each Other and with the World was released in March 2015, and the revised and updated version of My Little Chats with God was released in August 2015 (the previous version had been published in 2009.) In October 2015 I published Sonshine and Shadows, a collection of my poetry written over fifty years. I have two adult sons and five grandchildren, and I live in a tiny country town in Victoria, Australia.
