Her characters are complex and sometimes a little lost. She like to write about the surreal and dreamlike aspects of everyday existence. Her favourite authors include Paul Auster and JG Ballard although she rarely sticks to one thing. Music plays a significant role in the inspiration for her writing and was at the forefront of her mind when writing her debut novel.
