I taught science in middle school after receiving a Secondary Education degree in science. I then obtained a Physician Assistant degree. I have published more than twenty short stories. My interest in writing started in 2005 with my first published short story The Swiming Hole. I decided to write medical suspense novels in 2009 after reading several novels by Tess Gerritsen. My medical background and my writing skills along with a vivid imagination provided the motivation to complete seven novels. Rouge Phoenix Press published Frozen Death (2009), Sudden Blindness (2014), Strange Appearance (2016). The Strange Horizon---a collage of short stories (2017), Whispers Before Death (2019), Deadly Seizures (2020), Deadly Unknowns (2021), and Ashes Before Death (2022). Encouragement by my wife, Holly, and my colleagues, relatives, friends and fans continues to fuel my drive to write.
