During the day, I am a software engineer. At night, I am a parent and spouse. The second half of my first novel (Adventure Us) was written on the long bus rides from one world to the other, which might have been considered nap opportunities, but instead served as the catalyst for my ideas. And the first half? It was written during bagpipe lessons for my daughter.
