I recall that my family read a lot of books to me when I was small. In particular, I never forgot the lyrical and flowing words of Edgar Alan Poe. In particular, The Masque of the Red Death remained in my dreamy mind. I pursued a career in visual arts but my interests were often in literature, the great books, philosophy, short stories, poetry, romance, and more. I am an eclectic reader and writer who enjoys a wide variety of writing. I have published in non fiction areas of writing as well as a book entitled Brighid, Keeper of the Celtic Hearth.
