As an historian, Bruce Wilson likes to create stories that take place in the rich and varied history of America. His first novel, Death in the Black Patch, relates the history of his great grandparents during the tobacco war in Kentucky in the early twentieth century. His second book (working title: Hooper) is currently in the first draft process. "We have so much to learn," he says, "about our county's history and creating interesting stories that fit into past events help readers to understand the past."
