Expertise on landscape plants and allergies. I'm a rose breeder, energetic-fun speaker, writer, lizard collecting nut, birder, a rock hound, and I love to read, study, laugh, sing, and fish. I've got an MS degree in Agriculture/Horticulture and did all my graduate work on pollen, plant flowering systems and allergies. I collect cultivars of pollen-free plants, grasses, shrubs, vines, trees. I give talks and do consulting work on the interactions between landscaping and human health.   

I'm open to any awards anyone would like to give me! An exhibit based on my work did win the Silver Medal at the fabulous Chelsea Flower and Garden Show in London.
