I write to share the knowledge I've gained in over ten years of tinkering with my diet and exercise program. By combining this knowledge with an understanding of behavioral finance practices learned working in the asset management industry, I hope I can save readers time from the things I have learned over the years.
I am an employee in the asset management industry, residing in New York City. After spending most of my childhood in Singapore as the son of an ex-pat and living in seven states in the US, I loves seeing new places and trying new food. I am passionate about helping create efficient systems for people to achieve goals in their lives, whether health-related or otherwise. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, rock climbing, weight lifting, and spending time with friends. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA Institute ID: 8305170) and am a proud graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, with a major in Economics and a minor in Writing.
