Everyone and every event that makes some kind of impact in your life, is a guru; showing you about you. I started my journey with spending the majority of my time in nature: forest, beaches, preserves, mountains, etc. Nature is a great teacher exhibiting the wonder of life. My next major influence was being a student of teacher/guru: Gurani Anjali in a local ashram in New York. I learned the principles and ancient teaching of yoga which created a major conscious shift for me. Another major influence was being a teacher in a public school; the youngsters allowed me to expand into a better person. Also, Transcendental Meditation and Siddhi Programs was and still is a constant inspirational connector to my Inner Self. And of course, my son, family, and friends allowing me to experience unconditional love. My four legged children:my horses, dog and cat are a major influence in my life, filling my heart with love and gratitude.
