Despite a PhD in abstract math, people are my main focus in life--family, colleagues, clients, and strangers. My eclectic upbringing (New York, Puerto Rico, Israel) and peripatetic career (banana-picker, electrician, translator, silversmith, programmer, analyst, consultant, public speaker, author) have provided me with the ability to communicate with just about anyone.
