Janet was born and raised in England. She married the boy who lived up the road when they were both 19. Their birthdays were a day apart, they'd attended the same schools and played together as children. 9 years later they migrated to Australia, where they still live. Janet started writing when they family grew up. She read a romance novel and thought she could write one - so she did. The book was destined to failure, and allocated to the waste paper basket! The willingless to learn and plenty of practice gained her publication a few years later - and now she is a multi-published author.
