Mary Angela Nangini is the author of Woman in Exile (The Edwin Mellen Press, 1991) and My Ontario Beautiful (Mellen Poetry Press, 1995). She is also co-author of the play/musical With a Bang or a Whimper, which she directed and choreographed for the Tenth World Congress on Gifted and Talented Education. It was performed during the conference Gifted Globe at the Royal York Hotel, Toronto, August 10, 1993.
Dr. Nangini is the author and creator of a new theory with her discovery of The Four Phases of Being: IQ3 Integrity Quotient -The Trinitarian Key.The theory, conceptualized as the Liquid Thinking (LT) educationalmodel, features the Four Phases of readiness for utilizing the metacognitive strategy Being Metaphor.The Four Phases of Being identify a process movementfor the Teach-Ability of children and the Change-Ability in adults... The LT educational model –the learning, leads to the spiritual model, Love Transforms Me (LTM) –the living: LTM refers to the dynamic transformation of the person spiritually alive and maturing in the Spirit. The Four Phases of Being constitute the preparedness, the ‘learning for the living’ as an embodied spirit in communion–Being Holy!
The first draft of this new conceptual work linking theory and practice was also presented at A Gifted Globe conference, August 12,1993, Toronto. She is an artist and her artwork "Oscar and Jake" was chosen for the Brampton Arts Calendar 1997, and has won a "Juror's Choice Award" for her pastel drawing “Memories”, 1995.

2) Mary Angela's scripts "The Way of the Cross" and "The Nativity" is performed yearly since 2002/03 on Good Friday and Christmas at St. Mary's Church, Brampton. The performances include the participation of 50 to 100 youths and adults in the cast and crew, choir, musical groups, choral speakers and other volunteers.
