I've been writing off and on for as long as I can remember. I kept putting off my dream of writing for the more mundane "need-to" things such as working full-time, cooking, cleaning, spending time with the family, thinking I'd get to it someday. A little over three years ago, my best friend died of leukemia. It suddenly dawned on me that someday is NOW. I participated in National Novel Writing Month 2004, and won with Denim & Diamonds, which I am proud to announce was published in 2006. I continued on with NaNoWriMo, and won in 2005, 2006, and 2007. I write mostly mystery and suspense, and find that it is a very cathartic experience!
