Information
I'm the son of immigrant parents who escaped pogroms in 1920s Russia to find their "Land of Dreams." I fulfilled my dual dreams of becoming a psychologist and writer of short stories and novels.
I'm committed to helping people overcome their personal obstacles (whether patients or characters in my writing) and to fulfill their ambitions. I believe that all of us should share in America's wealth and no one should suffer from want regardless of national background, ethnicity, or gender. I am also dedicated to doing whatever is possible to achieve understanding between all peoples and international peace among all nations.

I'm a licensed psychologist who received my doctorate from Columbia University, where I later taught. I also taught at the City University.
I was a finalist in a small press novel competition and was in third place in an international short story competition.
