"A singular vision of what it could mean to be human," from the author of The Avatar Syndrome, Yeshua, The Gate, Enigma of the Second Coming, sixxteen other novels, and a number of non-fiction books.

Background Information

Stanislaw Kapuscinski, (aka Stan I.S. Law) an architect, sculptor and prolific writer, was educated in Poland and England. A refugee from Poland at 13, then at 33, having overcome numerous difficulties, he began his search for the secret of life. Now, he is a successful writer, happily married for 25 years, with an assured future. His special interests cover a broad spectrum of arts, sciences and philosophy. At times he seeks inspiration in the Peruvian Andes, or solitude under sail. His books (articles, short stories, poetry) attest to his particular passion for the scope and the development of Human Potential. He authored more than forty five books, twenty of them novels. His non-fiction explores Ancient Myths, Biblical Symbolism, Immortality and the mystery of Visualization. Three volumes of Essays (Beyond Religion) investigate the Nature of Being. Inspired by Dalai Lama, his Collecitons of Blogs examine the enigma of Secular Ethics. Generally, if you suspect you are more than flesh and bones, read Stan Law. If you want to be sure, read Stanislaw Kapuscinski. ––––––– He was thus described by the editor of The Avatar Syndrome: "A product of the expansive cultural landscape of our times, Law, an architect, sculptor and a consummate student of ancient myths, fuses the teachings of Lao Tzu, Jesus, St Thomas Aquinas and Indian mysticism with contemporary issues of family, youth, feminism, fame and power to deliver a singular vision of what it could mean to be human."   Kate Jones of Pasadena MD, USA so describes the author and his latest novel, The Gate, Things my Mother told me: Stan Law must be one of today's most unusual writers: he can create intellectual excitement with nothing but introspective dialogues, mind-stretching explorations of complex concepts like life, death, love and loyalty... (his) writing has classical grandeur and poetic beauty... This is a jewel of a piece of writing... If you value the life of the mind, this book is for you.   Most of his non-fiction books are now available at Draft2Digital as well as on Amazon.     Which includes free sampling.   My friends can also find me at:   http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000715466289
