Dr. Lewis is President & CEO of the Executive Women's Success Institute. She conducts workshops and seminars that have been presented throughout the United States and abroad. Dr. Lewis has been certified by The Professional Woman Network as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women Issues. She's passionate believer in self-esteem, desiring to guide women to achieve their best mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, while helping them to feel comfortable and advance in the workplace.    

Dr. Lewis is listed in Manchester Who’s Who for Executives and Professional, as well as the Metropolitan Who’s Who. Dr. Lewis hold membership with several organizations such as: Professional Woman Speakers Bureau, National Association for Female Executives, Federally Employed Women and Women in Impacting Policy.

Dr. Lewis is Chair of the Woman’s Advantage Forum a program that helps women entrepreneurs grow their businesses to 6 & 7-figure revenue. She has been featured in the Woman’s Advantage Wisdom Calendar three years in a row. She served as Board Director on the Justice Federal Credit Union for three years is currently on the International Advisory Board of the Professional Woman Network and she is an Advisor for the Leadership Training Center located in Lanham, MD. She was selected by the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce as “Business Woman of the Year”; by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council as one of the “50 Women of Power in Business” and by the Paul Anthony Foundation for Successful Journey of Black Entrepreneurship” which is just a few of many accolades she has received.

Among her many accolades, is a governor’s citation from former Maryland Governor William Shaffer (for service during Desert Storm), three Attorney General’s Volunteer Service Awards and a Director’s Award for Outstanding Foreign Counterintelligence Investigation from the FBI. Dr. Lewis was also nominated for the Office Depot 2007 Business Woman of the Year Award.
