After atteding Dixie College in Utah in the seventies, then raising her children, Beth went on to further her education and graduated with honors; obtaining a Diploma in Business Management in the Hospitality Industry. She continued her education and graduated as a Law Clerk, with honors. Education is an ongoing requirement for Beth. Certification as a Teacher of English to Students of a Second Language and a Real Estate License added to her diploma wall. She presently studies medicine will complete her Degree in Animal Sciences within the year. Able to dip deep into her well of life experiences...... a life often difficult and unfair, she has remained soothed by a brilliant imagination and a strong will to go on.
