In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
There isn't a certain memory that I can recollect where writing began for me. I vaguely remember in grade school sitting on my bedroom floor, hunched over loose leaf paper, writing short stories and drawing pictures to accompany them. Poetry didn't develop until much later when a relationship fell ill. It began as a coping mechanism, then turned into a part of my life, as its something I do everyday.
