Information
I am writing this book provisionally called Connections. It is in three parts. Part One which is loaded on this site is set in Dublin in 1981-1983. This has taken me six months. The middle part is set in 1997 and the final part in real time. It tells the story of half a dozen characters whose lives casually and professionally interact. At the outset we see main two protagonists, two ten yr old boys one born into a loving family home the other living a very dysfuntional life where violence is the norm. They have an enormous influence and effect on each others lives although mostly they are unware of it. In many ways its a mixture part psychological thriller part courtroom drama. But the people themselves are as important as the story line. It's a complicated and layered story and am very anxious to get feedback as to whether or not it works.
