I've been writing since I was thirteen years old and it's taken me this long to get good enough at it to be published! I've moved around, had a lot of jobs, and lived a hard life which, I suppose, is what leads to the variety of things I can write about with confidence. That's all good. I have played fantasy RPG since it was on paper and always read fantasy, romance and paranormal books. I read paranormal romance even before it was a craze, and started writing it when there wasn't enough out there to satisfy me. Now there's a lot of competition but I like it this way!

Jacob won the Romantic Times Magazine's Best New Paranormal in 2006. It also won "Best Buried Treasure" in the AAR Reader Poll. I won a PEARL for Best New Author in 2006.
