Learn and Sign Books are creative finger spelling activity books for young children. These books offer a fascinating and fun way for children to use sign language in conjunction with their traditionl word and picture counterparts. The format was carefully constructed so children would not find it frustrating, resulting in greater success for the child.

Background Information

I began my writing career after my grandson I watched a documentary on the hearing impaired. After lengthy research I discovered to my dismay, that there are not many sign language books that were actually fun for young children needing to learn sign language as their form of communication. In our fast paced world, it is imperative we pay special attention to thos who must learn an alternative formof communication. Sign Language is the recognized universal language of the hearing and voice immpaired community. Hence, the creation of my Learn and Sign Funtime © collection of books
