Mark Phaneuf grew up in Annapolis, MD, where he attended Catholic School for 12 years. He received his BA in English from Washington College in Chestertown, MD, and his MA in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD. He lives in Plum Borough, PA, with his wife and two dogs. Chandler College is his first novel.
