After "freezing" during my first professional speech--it was so embarassing--I avoided all forms of public speaking (even in small department meetings) for the next 16 years; thus, losing out on better jobs, positions, wages, and opportunities. I don't want it to happen to anyone else, so my mission in life is to help others manage the fear of public speaking, and to increase self confidence by knowing how to give fabulous presentations. This will lead to better jobs, dream jobs, pay raises, notoriety, prestige, and better communities. And for students--better grades. 

My performance isn't important, meeting the needs of the audience is most important. My credentials are Master's Degree in Communication (Eastern Washington University), College Speech Communication Instructor 18 years, and author of many speeches, training workshops, seminars, and two books on managing the fear of public speaking
