Type or paste your background here             I was born on February 27, 1978 and given the name Karen Lynn Williams. Initially I was raised with my mother, father sister and two brothers. However, I had a sister who stayed with my grandparents. Once my father passed away we moved in with our grandparents. We liven in Compton, California and I have never lived in any other state.               We moved to Long Beach, California when I was nine and I attended Poly High School, I graduated in 1996. Even as a child I always loved to read so I decided to go to college and major in Literature. I became pregnant my first year of college and gave birth to a girl named Adara. Despite the struggle of being a single parent, I was able to finish College.  Currently I work  as a Probation Officer.   I now reside in Bellflower, California and have been here for over a year now. I stay with my daughter who is now ten and a very good student.  My hobbies include cooking, listening to music, and writing. I have written six books. I am currently signed to QBORO Books. My new novel, The People Vs. Cashmere is now in stores.
