Born in Malta in 1948, Aline P'nina Tayar grew up in Israel and Australia. She has lived in France, Italy, Belgium and Portugal. For the last twenty years her home has been in Bath from which her work as a conference interpreter takes her regularly to Brussels and Strasbourg. She is a published poet and has worked as international affairs advisor to the New York-based magazine 'Response'.
