Carol has a degree in nursing and Noel degrees in business. They have traveled extensively, most notible of which was six winters of sailing the Carribbean in a forty-one foot sailboat. They now write from their residence in Florida.

For years the husband-and-wife team, Noel Carroll*, has published novels and short stories in two genres: thrillers and science fiction. A third genre, humor/satire permitted them moments of fun and mischief. Although unwilling to abandon fiction, they steadily gravitated toward political commentary, first in opinion editorials and then in a full-length non-fiction work (“If You Can Keep It”).
