I am a San Francisco native, wrote the Almond Man when I lived with my husband Greg next to my father-in-law's almond orchard.  My career as an auditor/cost analyst included positions with California's ITEK Corporation, Burroughs Corporation, United Resorts International in Las Vegas and New York's Cement and Concert Workers Union.  I feel that experience helps bring a talent of honed research and development talents to my love of my family and writing.
