I'm probably the "Grandma Moses" of the writing world. While recuperating from an antumobile accident a few years ago I found the time to fulfill my heart's desire - write my first novel. Reading Danielle Steel novels for the first time, she became my inspiration and motivation.

Information
My writing is my way of trying to help young people deal with today's society. Young people face so many challenges and problems, I want my fictional novels and characters to point the way toward turning lives around and helping young people deal with these challenges.
I have been writing since grade school - everything from non-sensical poems to songs, more serious poetry, a couple of screen plays, and finally my first self-published novel, "Sing Me No Sad Songs".
And then I decided to try and make my writing mean something more than a book to read. Along came "For Love of Teddy" which I am devoting my energies to now and hope that in some way it may help young people.

Accomplishments
Two screen plays were within the top 80 in a Writer's Digest contest a few years ago. Poetry has been published in ezines. Several songs were published and recorded on independent labels many years ago.
