“Love is the most precious thing in the world, it’s beautiful, and then there’s the laughter.” !*!*Ř I have been greatly influenced by the late Lorraine Hansberry, as her play, “To Be Young, Gifted and Black,” was one of the first plays that really inspired me to write. Later in life, it would be the late great James Baldwin who would inspire me greatly.

Background Information

This country needs to be looked at for what they’ve done, and for what they have not done for poor people and minorities in their quest for more money and power. When a country invades another country, making that their preference over feeding people, this tells a true story of how they really feel about their people here at home. War is a very poor way of showing how you care about your people, especially when they are starving and your country is murdering other human beings in the country, which they invaded. “Born In The Wrong Country,” tells about a government so arrogant, and shows how they have been neglecting many Americans for along time, especially the African-American People of Color. This mistreatment has been going on since slavery and has continued long after the abolition of slavery. But it is not just the mistreatment of Blacks that has been of issue; it’s been an issue of minorities, poor whites and the disenfranchised in this country, which have all been affected by the arrogant hand of this country. This is simply thievery; this government stole our food, would be health insurance, and many means of making a living from the American people.

"Born In The Wrong Country," points out the flagrant spending of multi-billions of dollars on this war, which was created under the Bush administration.

That said being said, Born In The Wrong Country is a book about many things; one thing in particular is feeling unwelcome in your own country. Born In The Wrong Country spells out the tone of this country, and this country's mismanagement. It tells about the abuse that was carried out in slavery, relating it to something that is very familiar to most everyone today; it’s called terrorism. Born In The Wrong Country focuses on some of ills of this country, both past and present. At the heart of these ills are slavery, America’s staunch arrogance, and its refusal to listen to all of its people, which are demonstrated by the poor and dwindling middle-class in this country, many of whom stand in line every week at soup kitchens all across our country.

One issue that is close to the author’s heart is the love and support that is needed in parenting gay children, like standing beside them and loving these gifts that God has given them. When they are growing and reaching adulthood parents need to let them know that they’re still loved by embracing them in their right to choose who they want as a partner.

Born In The Wrong Country is about what the United States of America has neglected to do, and things that this government have ignored when it comes to its own people. It deals with the White and the Black situation in America, the poor and other minorities, and of the hunger that face many of the people here in the United States. Mental hunger and physical hunger of what people want, and what people need are discussed. Born In The Wrong Country doesn’t just talk about today, but talks about the African-American People of Color in this country, and what this country has done to them. It points out how this government has taken away the spirit of a people, and possibly thrown away many gifts that could have possibly been given for the whole world to see and benefit from. Born In The Wrong Country exposes the reality of slavery and the kind of terrorism that went on throughout that slavery, a terrorism which was done so well, that it did exactly what terrorism was supposed to do, by sticking with the African-American People of Color (AAPC) even to today.

Those who care about justice, who care about feeding people, who care about freedom, about housing, laughter, love, who aren’t arrogant, who care about health insurance, who care about cures for diseases, who care about freedom of two people who want to get married because they love each other, who care about human dignity and equality, whether they are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, then this book is for you.

My website was created so that one could get a glimpse of what book “Born In The Wrong Country" is about. It was created because of the exposure that it can possibly give in helping getting my book published, and is now being used to help promote my book. My website was created to generate controversy of my book, which speaks of issues that are kind of shrugged off by this government and some of its people, both White and Black, and slavery in America. Born In The Wrong Country also speaks about parenting, being gay, and how to be a good parent, especially to your gay children.

There are currently thirty nine articles that I have published on One can view my articles from my website, print them, rate them, and email them to friends, newspapers, etc. The website also includes several blogs that I have written. I have included them in my website because they too tell about this country’s mismanagement and neglect; they also give a glimpse of my spirited insights on nature, feelings, etc.

Born In The Wrong Country
Allow me to introduce myself. I am the author of “Born In The Wrong Country,” which I published through This is my first book and I am very excited about it. This book is about some truths in this country, which the media doesn't focus on. I don’t bite my tongue when telling this story, and I tell the truth about things which this government would probably rather not hear about. I have been greatly influenced by the late great Lorraine Hansberry; her play, “To Be Young, Gifted and Black,” was one of the first plays that really inspired me to write. Later in life, it would be the writings of the late James Baldwin that would inspire me. His warm, descriptive, biting tongue, sometimes his harsh reality describing people hit the nerve that drove me wild, thus inspired me to write again. His words echoed in my spirit and inspired me. Other writers of great influence are Toni Morrison, Maya Angelou, Alice Walker and the late great Langston Hughes. “Born In The Wrong Country,” can be purchased through, online retail book outlets, through my website @, or, and others. My website address is Here I give a glimpse of what my book is about, as the website was initially created because of the exposure that it could possibly give in helping get my book published. It was created to generate controversy of my book, which speaks of issues that are kind of shrugged off by this government and some of its people, both White and Black. My website also includes twenty two other articles that I have written and published on and one on I’ve included them in my website because they too tell about this country’s management, mismanagement and neglect. The website also includes many blogs and poetry that I've written. I enjoy the creative arts more than anything else, whether it be music, art on canvas, theatre, film, photography, dance, voice or writing; things that come from the spirit within are of the greatest interest to me. I write because it can be a very powerful way of spreading ideas, news and touching the human spirit. Writing can make one laugh, cry, smile, or it can enrage others when it presents truths; the written word can also enlighten people. Writing is of prime interest, because it is like a photograph from the author's mind put into words; it is also where my true passion lies. I love coffee; I drink it black without anything in it to spoil the flavor, and I love red wine. I also love a good meal whether I cook it myself or go out to eat. To me enjoying life means having good things in it. I love people; they are at the heart of what I find inspirational.
