Chantel Isner has been a member of the National Guard for over six years. This is her first publication based loosely on events during her deployment to Afghanistan. She was born in St. Petersburg Florida. She lived in the same 20 mile radius until she was 19 then she joined the National Guard. She is a true romantic at heart and hopes to write many more novels.
