Christie Seiler Boeke, known for her 'heartwarming,gently sensual' historical romance novels, was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from north Georgia College and attending Emory university, she spent time in New Jersey working for DuPont as a Chemist and in Louisville, kentucky, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Hollywood, Florida as a Microbiologist. Christie pursued her career further as a Microbiologist/Toxicologist in Regulatory Affairs working at a medical device industry (Medco) and as a Microbiologist/Toxicologist at Ciba Vision (Norvartis).
