I've been a newspaper reporter, editor, promotion manager, and non-fiction writer who became a novelist after I read a news article about a dust devil that killed a man in Maine. I expected Stephen King to write the novel; he didn't, and, several years later, I did (DUST). Peachwood Lake, my second novel, is about a ferocious jumping that terrorizes a small Connecticut town. My next novel, The Disappearance, is a time travel thriller. In Corsonia, two teen girls uncover a horrifying trail of evil in a strange little Nevada town. In my dystopian two-book series, After the Bubbles and Soldier Girl, zombie-like creatures kill humans with just a touch. My two short story collections, The Sea Crystal and Other Weird Tales and George's Mother and Other Weird Stories are reminiscent of Twilight-Zone like with unpredictable endings. I'm writing another dystopian novel and more weird short stories.
