Most all of my writing stems from my life experiences and in sharing I have enjoyed the connection to others. Born and raised Catholic I was expected to be a "good Catholic girl." Early on I did what was expected and at the age of 23 I would become widowed and left alone to raise a daughter. Loss and abuse would touch my life and yet most people that know me refer to me as a "change charger" "upbeat" and "someone who gets it done." I would marry a second time and adopt new born infant twins. The relationship with my husband would be the most loving and stable I would experience. My career path started out as a volunteer in nonprofit  and then toward a business degree with business success yet ultimately back to nonprofit. The most important people in my life are my husband, children and close friends. Many people from friends to news reporters have told me, "your life is so interesting."  There were many years I would have happily traded interesting for peaceful!
