Background, hummm. High school creative writing class, I liked to write poetry and short stories. I had art classes also, but came from a very creative family. Mom, almost an art teacher. Sister, a talented artist and photographer.  I have always been the creative type and am willing to take on almost anything. My major influences, other than family, are the great masters of painting for my art, and authors such as Steven King and Dean Koontz and a whole long list of others, for my writing. I aspire to be  a published author in my own right, and an artist of some beautiful works.  If i need illustrations, I have the luxury of being able to do my own along with covers and such. My motivations for writing are to get these stories out of my head and on paper. My imagination sometimes takes me to unknown places and I want to share.
