Ms. Reynolds began writing children’s and YA fantasy adventure stories in 2009 as she sought creative ways to develop new career options that merge together her passions for writing, teaching and painting.                                                                                                                     After a career holding accounting management positions in advertising and film post production, she spent a year teaching after-school art and drawing classes to children. Ms. Reynolds has had a passion for drawing and art since she was a child and enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels. In mid-2009, the stories began to come. Ms. Reynolds says, “Although the experience of transitioning to a new career can be somewhat daunting, the journey to this point in my life has been about growth and illumination. Two years ago I would have never believed I’d be writing children’s adventure books. But, God has a way of bringing us to a place where our gifts and purpose come together. I hope I have arrived at that place and can relay that positive message in my books.”   Ms. Reynolds lives in Plano, TX with her husband and two daughters. She holds a BA, Business and Management and is currently working on illustrations and final edits for her third book, Emily, Brave and Swift.
