Information
I suffered from anxiety for some time. and was grieving the loss of my sister, my only sibling. Went to a hypnotherapist who gave me a post-hypnotic suggestion to write a poem to my sister. and within 2 days had the need to pick up a pen and write. The result has been phenomenal. A blessing.
