I started out writing true accounts of interesting events when I was in college.  My professors were very impressed and encouraged me to write more.  I progressed to historical fiction, then wrote in trade journals for a few years until the last few years when I finally started writing books.  My first book was about my family's nightmare with prescription drug addiction.  My second book dealt with the paranormal:  true accounts of encounters I have had over the years with departed loved ones and friends.  My next book will be about a haunted romance!
