I call myself a closet writer. No one ever really knew I like to write as a kid or a young adult. It was something I did for myself and then when I turned 45 I decided it was time to either man up and write something and work hard at getting it published or let that dream die. So I did it and have several books out and more coming out soon. I became a Bumper (grandma) for the first time last year and that is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love being Bumper. My hobbies include reading, napping, needlepointing. My dream is to write full time someday but for now I will settle for part-time. I love reading and writing humor. I would love to write a dark story but I have to have humor in my books so not sure where dark and humor go together yet.

I consider getting a book published an achievement. I give myself an award for doing that.
