I love to tell a story. Is fiction a license to lie? Pretty much. But it's expected. The great thing about being a writer is this: I get to take the fantastic ride first. Then I get to present it to other people and see their reaction. I love horror, the supernatural, and unexplained things. Growing up, I snuck as many horror movies as I could while my parents watched the news or Wheel and Jeopardy and I started writing at a very young age. Influences range from Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams to Poe and Stephen King... so that might explain the strange and dark humor in my writing. It also makes me look outside the typical myth and legend and ask "what if?" quite often. I hope people will read and enjoy my work. Or maybe I hope it will scar them emotionally.
