I'm a retired psychotherapist who had a private practice in San Jose, CA for 25 years. I  taught seminars on self-development to business men and women in  the Bay Area, and also taught extension courses at the University of Santa Clara. Now that I'm retired I can devote myself to my first love, writing, and I've now published 3 books: "Memories of Times Past, a Nostalgic Collection of Stories and Photos Recalling the Way Life Was in the Early 20th Century," "Mind Magic, Techniques for Transforming Your Life,"  and  "Inspirational Quotations From the Concept-Therapy Philosophy." I love dogs and have a Bichon and a Llhaso who insist on going for a walk every morning and won't leave me alone until I take them.  I've enjoyed writing ever since I was a kid and published a family newsletter  that I typed on my mom's old Remington Rand. In grammar school I won prizes for class contests, which encouraged me to continue writing. At last I have the time to devote to it!
