Published history, prize-winning biography, travel and a short novel. In recent years, I have turned to writing screenplays and teleplays.


Background Information

I wrote scholarly history and biography while teaching college history. Then I wrote a novel since it didn't require research. Yeah, right! While visiting about sixty or seventy countries and dependencies, I wrote travel articles which published in newspapers all over the country. I have now published a collection of the articles as an eBook. In recent years, I have turned to writing screenplays and teleplays.

National Endowment for the Humanities, Sourisseau Academy, The Huntington Library, John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation. My biography of Thomas O. Larkin won the Caroline Bancroft History Prize.
