I am a doctor of alternative medicine ( ND) and hold a PhD in holistic medicine.  I am also a licensed Spiritual Health Coach.  I have a full time natural health practice and support two medical clinics with integrative medicine and nutrition.  I am well studied in the power of herbal remedies in supporting and healing the body.  My son, Max Wettstein, (maxwettsteinfitness.com) and I published a book together entitlte, "How Much Fat Are you Carrying -- The Ultimate Fat Loss Guide for People Who Are Sick of Diets.  I do many speaking engagements and teach classes focused on wellness and prevention.  I do believe that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and as such, try and see only the perfection in  each person I encounter.  I don't believe in accidental meetings.  I always try and leave the 'ego' out of my experiences and work from the heart.  I believe in living in the powre of NOW-- staying fully focused in the moment and look for the 'miracles' that are always present.   I feel obligated to help spread love and light and raise the light vibration of planet earth to assist with the shift that has already begun taking place.  Thankfully, I have a couple of powerful spiritual guides that help me stay in balance with the chaos stimulated by the dark energies who are determined to undermine the anchored energies that are present to assist with the ascension process.
