By day I'm a mild-mannered state government employee, but in my off hours I write everything from poetry to screenplays to novels. My publication credits include a few poems and articles, as well as my 2003 science fiction/thriller "Noble Savage" (Llumina Press).

My writing has been influenced by some of my favorite authors, from J.K. Rowling to Georgette Heyer, as well as the numerous television shows and movies I've watched over the years. Everything I see and hear seems to be stored in the back of my mind until I have an 'ah-ha' moment and come up with a story idea. Once that happens, I can become obsessed with my writing.
