I started reading at a young age and by the 4th grade was zipping through Agatha Christie novels by the armload. Her artful ability to weave the story leaving clues most of us didn't find until she wrapped up the story peaked my interest in mystery. When Star Trek started on television, our household held their breath every week until the end. Thus began my interest in science fiction. I was confused but hooked when 2001, Space Odyssey was released. These are the triggers for my writing. My story telling began many years ago when my father was a career Marine and we moved from coast to coast on a yearly basis. Keeping myself occupied in the car, I would weave my own tales starring me as the hero. Thus began the career of this writer. I didn't pursue the fingers to keyboard portion until much later in life and finally found 'what I want to do when I grow up'. It's like I tell friends, I can't stop time from passing and making the calendar slip by but I don't have to grow up.
