The major influences in my life are my personal relationship with our Savior, the Bible, my parents, and Rev. W.J.B. Tate.
I began my ministry while in the Air Force (1965-1969). Upon returning from service I became a banker, becoming chairman of the board & president in 1976. Throughout my banking career until my retirement, I continued my ministry.
My first published book was in 1982. My most recent is "No Innocent Affair: Making Right the Wrong of Adultery" publshed in September 2011.

Accomplishments
My religious writings have been awarded Best Christian Book of the Year, Best Christian Study of the Year, named a National Best Book Awards finalist, and a winner in the Christian Choice Book Awards. I have also been awarded the prestigious Faith Writers Seal of Approval. My efforts on behalf of families, understanding adultery, and the devastating effect of divorce on children has earned a United States Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition.
