Roitman Trillo is an author and photographer whose art is inspired by the beauty in nature and her love of children. Through her books she hopes to encourage children with positive life lessons. Her travels around the world have shaped  her view of beauty and her child inspires most of her stories. She  has worked as a graphic designer for over a decade and loves, loves illustrating children's books.  After becoming a mother, she was inspired to write short stories for her daughter in teaching her to admire the beauty in  nature.

The recent title, Caterpillar's Dream, has just been translated into spanish. The new spanish edition, La Oruga Soņadora Quiere Volar, is sold at Barnes and Noble for 99 cents for the Nook.
