I left school when in the Spring of 1970. I joined the Army and went to Vietnam.  After leaving the Army I worked in construction as a Journey Carpenter, was a computer programmer, a high school teaching, a federeal employee, had my own architectual drafting business and even worked as a cook.    In the Spring of 1998 due to health problems, I ended up homeless and lived in alleys, on sidewalks and sleep on the beach in LA.  I met Dustin Hofmann, Arnold Swartznagger, Linsey Wagner and other actors while on the streets. I also started writing books. Now I have over a dozen books in print and a series called Dragon Keepers.  I am one of the examples in life of why you don't commit suicide when life gets you down. Someone once told me when you are down the only direction is up.  When you are down it doesn't seem that way.  But if you do see the sky and aim in that direction, it will get your further then looking down and finding yourself 6 feet under.
