I began with poetry, then non-fiction but realized that I love fiction. I enjoy novellas the most and after that, short stories. I write because it is a part of me and it helps keep me sane in this crazy world. All of my fiction work is partially based on single moments in my life. My first collection of short stories, What Is This World Coming To? was inspired by my children. I've had the stories for decades, but finally decided to publish in 2010 (this is why I say procrastination is a bad thing). My second collection came from listening to men and women in relationships talk about their problems. This is called And I Trusted You  In September (2012) I  released a book on Multiple Sclerosis, Bad Nerves: All about MS and stuff. This is my baby, because I live with this disease and I want people to be able to understand what it is from a layman's point of view. This book will not be very long, but it will be extremely informative. Prior to getting my books published, I was published in magazines and on websites. I have several pseudonyms. I want to help other writers/authors, so I've started a publishing company (Asoral Publishing). I am pleased to be a part of the AMB Publishing family and I enjoy working with the team. In addition, I help manage a band. My academic background includes business, health and creative writing. I enjoy editing and working with people. Creativity is how we separate ourselves from each other, and this individualization makes us unique. The process is fascinating and beautiful. Managing this is heavenly. We are thoroughly evaluating the manuscript submissions received. This means we will not accept and/or publish just anything. We want to ensure that the product has market value for all involved. Asoral Publishing wants to provide books with allow individuals to learn in some way through life experience which educate on health issues or perhaps a children’s book which teaches a lesson. Our motto or tagline is “We publish what matters.” We will not glorify violence, immorality or spiritism. We adhere to Christian standards. We are eager to work with individuals who have a goal and are ready to work toward seeing it come to fruition. In any business endeavor, hard work is required. Therefore, we require that a goal sheet is completed after consultation and before the contract is signed (publishing).
