Information
Ash is a speculative fiction writer from the anthracite coal region of Pennsylvania. She injoys writing poetry and fiction, both short stories and novels. Her urban fantasy series, The Books of the Demimonde, is available through Pink Narcissus Press.
Ash's biggest writing influence is music. Favorites include Rush, Lacuna Coil, Blind Guardian, and Nanci Griffith.
She also loves the work of artists like Michael Gaiman and Charles Vess. Images and words--two great tastes that taste great together.
Ash is also the proud recipient of a letter from reknown author Michael Moorcock--who replied to her emotionally-distraught fan letter with a polite but firm rebuttal. (He probably wanted to alternately hug and throttle her.)
